Lash Love was created by my own personal love for lash extensions. Personally, I have had lash extensions on and off for nearly 10 years. I am an expert in the field and an expert in retention. I have been doing lashes for over 6 years. My goal is simple, I want each client that comes in, to love their lashes every time they leave! I work with each client to help them achieve the results they want while maintaining the integrity of their natural lashes. My priority will always be to ensure the natural lashes are not damaged. Every client should leave feeling fabulous with a lot of Lash Love! I also want to reward my clients so I have set up a referral reward program! Ask me for the details!
POLICIES
PREP TIME
You only pay for time spent lashing. I do not charge for prep time. As a client, I know that time and money are valuable, because of that I have decided not to charge for prep time. Most other lash studios do include prep time into the length of the appointment. If you pay for 45 min lash time, you will always receive 45 mins of lash time. ***Please Note*** The only way this would not happen is if the client is late.
CANCELLATIONS
24 hours notice is required for any late cancel. 1st late cancel, will be zero charge to the client. The 2nd late cancel, the client will be charged 50% of the service. The 3rd late cancel, the client will be charged for the full service. If given 24 hours notice, there will be no charge to the client. No shows the client will be charged the100% of the service. If cancellation is COVID 19 related there will be no fee associated.
TARDINESS
I understand that tardiness is at times unavoidable, and scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary. If tardiness is within a reasonable time frame I would be happy to continue service. Out of respect for the next client, I will have to finish at the designated time and the guest will be charged the full amount.

VOLUME LASHES
Volume lashes are just like their name, volume. They are 2-6 thin lash extensions applied to one natural lash. The lash extensions are finer, to maintain the integrity of the natural lash while still providing a voluminous effect. I customize each set with handmade fans. I do not use pre-made fans. This is a set for women who want the WOW factor. The volume set also known as Russian are customizable to each individuals' preference.

Lash Lift & Tint
Lash Lift and Tint are two separate processes, both will enhance natural lashes to give beautiful lifted and curled eyelashes for weeks. The lash lift can enhance lashes making them look longer, helping the eyes to feel more open and bright. The lash tint is customizable with different shades and colors to enhance your natural eye. Blackest black will achieve a mascara type look!
